YOUTH ENGAGEMENT

What We Do:

The Youth Engagement program under UNICEF UofT focuses on empowering University of Toronto students to advocate for children’s rights and support UNICEF’s mission globally. We organize workshops aimed at raising awareness of global issues affecting children, such as poverty, education, and health care disparities. At its core, these workshops are based on UNICEF's core principles - Convention on the Rights of the Child.

YE Testimonial Background.png
I am very happy that I decided to be a YE volunteer. It was fun and rewarding to be able to play a role in educating future generations. It was impressive to see how much the children already knew and how interested they were in learning more.
